STAR WARS DRAWING: Ode To Thought Balloons: Anakin's Road To Recovery

Anakin is a frequent patient of Master Vokara Che in the Healers Ward. Thought balloons are perhaps a thing of the past in comic books nowadays, but I remember them as being huge parts of any comic book panel. I think this changed in the seventies?

I've been reading comics since forever, and I'm not sure when it changed, either. Amusing artwork!

The seventies were the big influx of b/w comix from Japan, and then American producers placed a lot more emphasis on the visual and less on text, as I recall. I like comics a lot and visit the local store about every 6 weeks.

Ha, Anakin is the Good Man that can't be kept down for long, at least at this stage in his life.
