Snowflake Challenge #15
I just love this one and did I hear somebody say silly?
Here goes:
Fandoming generally involves sitting, although one may stand while reading on one's phone on the subway, recline in bed or on the couch while thinking of how to respond to today's challenge, etc., so let's change that up. I challenge Snowflakes to get physical: roll the shoulders, twitch the toes, do isometrics with the fingers, and exercise the body part that most needs it, the glutes. Yes! On count of three, clench those glutes! All together now!
One two three CLENCH!
and relax and
CLENCH!
and relax and
CLENCH! Harder! You can do it! Let's go, Snowflakes!!

On a serious note: I love this reminder and thanks for being a drill master and reminding us to do it! It's one I try to remind myself to do every day (and try not to say "I'll do it in a minute" which becomes ten... fifteen... you get the idea).

Okay, body, lets do some clenching... :D
(also I started twitching my toes as soon as I read that, and now I can't stop!)
