Slashy Penguins of Madagascar cartoon; yeah, it's hard to tell with birds. Premise extrapolated from episode "Marble Jarhead," in which Kowalski's invention that is supposed to level a radius of five miles ... doesn't. Attempting manga/doujinshi layout with conventions of red lines for blushes, sparkly diamonds for shiny happy moments, and 'CHU' for kisses.
