In your own space, post a rec for at least three fanworks that you did not create. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.

One way to level up today's challenge is to try to rec any of the following: tiny fandoms, rare pairings, fanworks other than stories, lesser known kinks or tropes. Find fanworks that have few to no comments, or creators new to a particular fandom and maybe aren't well known or appreciated.

Ah, I shall savor this challenge like fine Thunderbird. How did you know that I love to foist rec?

First up in the batter's box: fanworks other than stories Come Back Quick

Leo Katana is one of the most popular artists over on deviantArt in the Penguins of Madagascar fandom. The artist works in other fandoms, too, and the art makes me wish that I knew them, but hey, we take our happiness where we can. This particular piece is angsty, which is something I never seem able to leave alone. C'est la vie.

Next in the lineup is tiny fandoms, and after its TV debut in 1964 as a followup series to showcase a pretty popular movie Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea, it's safe to say that the fandom now is quite small. What Are Friends For by Revin Songlifter gives enough background for anyone to read as a friendship fic laced with plenty humor.

Batting last is rare pairing, by which I mean Star Wars' Anakin/Palpatine. Trigger warnings for the mere thought on this rec. If you pursue the link, you'll find that Ansketil has written in the most difficult to write genre, an afterlife fic. Therefore the fic is not graphic and portrays Palpatine, Sidious, and Anakin as separate Force entities. It's a masterfully crafted story with fantastic mood. Woods
